The simplicity and taste of the dishes created is firmly anchored in products from small producers who are committed to the sustainability of the local area, synthesising the traditionalism of the cuisine and its seasonality
The gastronomic proposal
The à la carte offerings in the Restaurant and Bistrot provide the best possible insight into the cuisine, ambience and philosophy of the establishment.
The same tradition continues in the restaurant, where the original brick vaults and stone fireplace create an atmosphere of great warmth and charm.
In summer, the terrace, with a view over the vineyards and hills up to Monte Baldo, makes the flavours of good food even more pleasurable when the sky fades to the warm hues of sunset.
Dinner at the Relais becomes an experience that engages the eyes as much as the palate, soon realising that you don’t have to go too far to feel at home.
